1907 High Point NC North Carolina Vintage original Postcard ladies & automobile

" GREETINGS  from  High Point N. C.  "
vintage , postally used and stamped , the last year of the date is difficult to be certain , but does look like a '7' , so I do believe this card is postmarked - 1907.
There are many , many tiny pictures of women / ladies drawn within the word/letters - "Greetings" , possibly famous women of the early 1900's ?  just unsure.
card has wear and rounding to most corner tips.   A small stain to the left of "NC" on front , in the white area.    overall about good used condition.   very unusual & hard to find card.
very early automobile with the steering wheel on the right side of the dashboard.
