1968 Tailored Golden Beau Green Suit Blue Pinstripes! Shirt/Hankie/Tie Optional

Gorgeous chartreuse green 1960s suit with blue pinstripes tailor made in 1968 by the Golden Beau in Portland, Oregon. This suit has the styling that was typical of that era and what we'd see George, John, Paul and Ringo traipsing around in back then: Notched, narrow lapels, welted chest pocket, welted lower pockets (this one has three!), full interior lining (this is gorgeous black acetate with bronze colored deer/hunting dogs/ rifles), three interior pockets, and rear vent. Sewn inside one of the interior pockets you'll see the label which reads, 'Styled for Martin Markervitz' dated 1968. The pants are flat-front (no pleats), narrow legs, with cuffs. Jacket Measurements: Chest - 42" Shoulders - 17" Sleeves - 23-1/2" (shoulder to end of cuff) Length - 28" Pants Measurements: Waist - 32" Inseam - 30-32" Total length - 40" Note: The cuffs are sewn down in two locations and if they are released, this will add 1-1/4" to length. If you need even more length you can get another inch but now you'd have to release all the seam ribbon, make a new fold and re-sew the entire length (this is actually no big deal for someone who knows anything about sewing). So, this means you could get an inseam of 32+ with a little effort. This is a BEAUTIFUL suit in excellent condition with a few very minor exceptions (as noted in the photographs): There is a very small hole in the jacket almost underneath one lapel (see photo). There are two small holes in one pant leg (see photo) and another very small hole near the waist line.
This suit is paired with and actually shown with an Alex Colman Psychedelic Op-Art women's blouse since it's a good match and is reminescent of '60s culture (measures: Shoulders - 16" Sleeves - 23-1/2"  Length - 25-3/4" Chest - 40"). This is in PERFECT CONDITION. The only telling feature that says it's a blouse is the side the buttons are on...if it fits and you're wearing it with suit and tie who's going to know or care?! I only bring this up since the shirt is optional and NOT INCLUDED in this sale.
Now we're going to confuse things just a little more...The necktie (4"W x 55.5" L) and the pocket hankerchief which are also PERFECT are available as well and if you are interested let me know and I will do a separate listing and let you know about it.
