This product is imported from the Philippines. Some boxes, not all, may have some flaws from shifting during transit. Each coffee/juice/tea is individually packed and sealed. Carton box flaws are cosmetic and does not affect product's efficacy or package weight.

SHIPPING:
Most orders received MONDAY-FRIDAY before 3:00 PM CST and on SATURDAY before 0900 AM CST will ship the same day, provided order is in stock.
Most orders received after 3:00 PM CST and 0900 AM CST on SATURDAY will ship the next business day.
We are unable to make changes to the shipping address after you have made payment and will only ship to the address provided at checkout.
For our mutual protection, orders over 0.00 will be shipped "Signature Required"...no exceptions.
Make note that all delivery times are estimates not guarantees. We have no control over delays caused by shipping carriers.
Delivery dates are NOT guaranteed but an ESTIMATE.
RETURN POLICY:
Our return policy is within 30 days. Must be returned within 30 days of the original shipment date. Otherwise, no credit will be given.
To be eligible for a FULL REFUND, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it or UNOPENED with complete packaging.
