  • Condition: This solid wood (not plaster) Gothic revival wall sconce is from France and it dates to the mid/late 1800's. It has it's original old painted light green finish with just traces of gilding showing here and there. The woodcarvings are detailed and deep. The sconce is in very good antique condition with beautiful patina and no woodworm or dry rot. Of course there are many light chips, scratches and discolorations typical of a very old finish like this. Dimensions: 26" tall, 24" wide and 12" deep.
