    A charming 6" souvenir plate depicting the
    STATE CAPITOL & CONFEDERATE
    MONUMENT RALEIGH N.C.
    marked on back - 'hand painted' - "designed for
    Millington's Art Store Raleigh, N. C.". probably as early as 1910-1920. The plate is true porcelain (not some piece of cheeeesy pottery!) Quite scarce!
