This is a brand new white plastic auger motor cover for either the Bunn Ultra or CDS machines and will work on CDS-2, CDS-3, Ultra-1, Ultra-2 machines, part number 27231.0000.
This piece goes on the back of the machine and covers the auger motor, torque sensor board, temperature probe, and evaporator back mounting plate.  They usually break when dropped, when someone gets overly intense on torquing the screws, or when removing improperly.  These covers have two screws on the top and two plastic tabs on the bottom.  The proper way to remove them is to remove the two screws on the top and then slide the cover straight back -- do not lean the top of the cover back and pull -- you will break off the two bottom mounting tabs.
Replacement takes only a few minutes and requires a flat blade screwdriver.  Remove the old cover, set the new cover in place, push the tabs on the bottom into the notches, make sure the corner metal piece is under the plastic cover, and then slide firmly into place so it lines up with the back mounting plate.  Screw in the two screws,
but do not overtighten them
