These are real deer backstrap sinew. They are approximately 1" to 2" wide. You will receive one Deer Backstrap.
White Tail Deer are not an endangered species and are not subject to CITES controls.
Do not ingest this sinew as it may have been treated with Fabreeze during prodessing.
A USFWS export permit is required for all shipments outside the USA.
