We Ship by FEX EX FREIGHT.
To receive no additional shipping cost you MUST:
1) Be available to receive the shipment during normal business hours
2) Be able to remove the item from the back of the truck by hand or unload with a forklift
If you are not available when the freight company attempts to deliver, Fed-Ex will hold the machine at their local facility and you will be required to pick the machine up from that location. If you request Fed-Ex to reattempt delivery, they will charge an additional fee and you will be responsible for that fee.
If you need the machine delivered with a lift gate to make unloading easier, let us know and we'll arrange it. The cost is and we will add this charge to the total.
This item ships by Fed-Ex freight on a pallet. We have tried to ship these machines by ground, but shipping damage was a big problem. We will box and palletize your machine at no charge. Due to credit card processing rules, we can only ship to the address listed on your PayPal account. If you would like to ship to a different address, simply add the address to your PayPal account before purchasing and we'll be able to ship to your preferred address.
