Vintage circa 1970's Souvenir Glass Goblet with Illustrations of cowboys and saloon can-can dancing girls
Measures 6" tall and top rim is 4" diameter base is 3.25" diameter
This vintage glass is heaving weighing a pound unwrapped so please keep that in mind when paying ship cost. If it costs less to ship than you pay by or more I will refund the overage.
Not dated and no maker's mark but this style of glass goblet was popular in the 1970's my estimated date when it was made.
Background for your reference, the park was opened in 1961 and was very popular in the 1970's and 1980's. Attempt have been made to completely reopen the park but so far they have not been successful. The park's theme was Wild West with live action shows in a beautiful setting atop Buck Mountain a 4,600 ft elevation. The town was divided up into areas with different themes such as Indian Village, Mountain Town and Mining Town. Red Dog saloon featured live country music. There were also several rides throughout the park. The name was changed to Ghost Town Village in 2012. The park is currently closed and future uncertain.
Condition as shown in the photos. It is pre-owned, no chips cracks or repairs. It has light age and use, rub and scuff. The red and black illustrations and lettering are nice. It is being sold "as is" as was found.
