FOR COMMERCIAL ADDRESS DELIVERY:
We ship your order via LTL freight carrier and a signature is required; therefore, someone must be available to sign for delivery during business hours.
Free Standard Delivery includes delivering to your loading dock.
If your company doesn’t have a loading dock, then your order will be delivered to the curbside of your building.
From there, you’ll be held responsible for further transport.
Free shipping service does not include inside delivery, packaging removal or assembly service.

FOR RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS DELIVERY:
Order will be shipped via LTL freight carrier. When your package arrives at the local terminal, carrier will call you to arrange a date and time for scheduling delivery.
Please don’t forget to provide your telephone number, when ordering.
A signature is required for all deliveries; therefore, one must be available to sign for delivery.
Free shipping service does not include inside delivery, packaging removal or assembly service.
Request for inside delivery services may be an additional charge.
Returns
As long as the products are in its original packaging you may return most of our products within 30 days after delivery.  Unfortunately, the products that has been assembled or used will not be accepted as a return.
If you receive the product that's damaged in shipping, defective or that isn't the product you ordered, please let us know what and how the product is damaged within 48 hours of your delivery and we'll contact to help you with a replacement. We encourage our customers not to accept any Package that are damaged. Simply refuse to accept the package and it will come back to us.    If the return is not due to our errors, the return shipping & handling fee will be paid by the customer, and a 20% restocking fee will be applied when the refund is issued.
