    This is a Halloween Prop that is pre owned
    Gemmy, a vintage Wal-Mart purchase.
    Tested with two AA batteries (not included) makes the eyes light up green when button is pushed on wrist.  I am not sure if it is supposed to do anything else or not.
    Nice clean condition.
    Overall a little over 36"
    Has built in hat, cape, plastic hanging pointed shoes, witch hat, halloween patterned clothes.
