Vintage smaller scale Herpa tractor trailer with raising dump advertising Palumbo Earth Movers and excavating. . I DO NOT KNOW THE SCALE - SO SEE PICTURES WITH RULER FOR MEASUREMENTS.  to me, it looks like an scale about the size of HO trains but I am no expert.  Truck front grille and bumper are missing. . Otherwise looks good to me. . Ruler in picture is for reference only and is not part of the sale.  I have other vintage advertising listed, including more Palumbo items,  check it out.
