Men's Vintage Polyester Suit, Blue checks JC Pennys Hipster 70s size 42? 38W 29L

Vintage JCPENNYS Polyester 2 piece suit.  True vintage, nice blue check pattern,  The jacket is not sized, I would guess 40/42? actual measures shoulders 18, arms 25, pits 21.5 tail 31.5, Pants are also very clean, they measure 38 waist, 29 length....they have approx 2" hem, so could be let out some, they have a slight bell bottom as when layed flat the skinny part of leg is 9", and the bottom is 9 3/4, the pants also appear to have buttons for suspenders.  Really clean and neat set.
Non smoking home, no other off smells.
No stains or tears.  Probably never worn.
