This is a brand new upper drip tray for the
RIGHT SIDE
of the Bunn Ultra-2 models, part number
32111.0003
.  This is the tray that the clear hopper sits in.  This tray catches the condensation from the outside of the hopper and directs it through a tube to the lower drip tray for easy disposal.  The upper drip tray also catches any remaining product when you remove the hopper for cleaning, similarly sending it to the lower drip tray for easy disposal.
These trays are unique for each side -- you must order a Left Side tray for the left side and a Right Side tray for the right side
.  As you look at the machine from the front, the tray on the right side is the right drip tray.
You will see the hopper lock mount on the front left corner.  This tray does not include the hopper lock that fits in the mount (it is available in our store if needed).  Your existing hopper lock can be transferred to the new tray.
These trays are usually damaged when someone drops the machine or drops something onto the machine and cracks the tray.  Often the hopper lock mount is broken or cracked and gluing it will not work -- when the hopper lock is inserted it will break the repaired mount.  If the tray is cracked, during normal use condensation will leak through the crack and down into the machine, potentially damaging the main circuit board, the compressor, the condensor fan motor, or shorting out other electrical components (as well as making a wet mess under the machine).  To avoid electrical shock and damage to the machine, do not run the machine if the upper drip tray is cracked.
