    Description

    Original 19 century Antique Wrought Iron Sign Holder Bracket Hand Tooled Scrolls.
    Made by Cyril Colnik- blacksmith- Milwaukee born in Austria (1871-1958)  and purchased from his daughter in the mid 1960's.
    The craftsman who made this hand forged Wrought Iron, Bracket Sign Holder constructed it without welding. The pieces are pinned together. This was most likely an architectural accent for a sign. It measures 63”tall at the wall by and sticks out from the wall 60”, which make it perfect for an antique, two sided Wood Sign. You can see in our photographs that there is an old iron rust surface and this bracket is strong with no problems or restorations. Truly a one of a kind treasure from the past!
