The Pinehurst and Sandhills Gazette & Guide
listed as Vol-20 , but Not dated.   I also will be listing Vol-22 dated 1977.    So that would put this issue at either 1976 but most likely 1977 era.
Stiff heavy paper , not thin cheap bulk newsprint.   This newspaper will last a lifetime as printed on heavier paper.
contains short stories , local business advertisements , photos , notable local residents , articles of local interest , great look back from about 38 years ago of this North Carolina resort / golfing community.
This issue is large size , similar but slightly smaller than normal city newspapers.   key towns listed in the business advertisements , Southern Pines , Lake Surf , Raleigh , Sanford , Aberdeen , etc....
overall verygood+  collectible condition.
Sixteen numbered pages , counting the front and back covers.
No stains , writing or tears.   Nice issue.
I will be listing one other issue.
newspaper will be mailed , folded in half , as was originally folded , but No mailing label.
