  • Condition: These were all taken from a textile mill and were used in production. The mill closed in the 1960's. I have discarded all the broken ones and the ones unfit for selling. Some are dirty and need cleaning.

    Description

    Lot of 12 Wooden Textile bobbins in their original state. These are a little over 10" tall and 2" across the base.
    Please view photos closely. These have a opening all the way through.
    The base is a composite over wood. They are called RED STICK BOBBINS, but I don't know if that is the correct term.
    The red is actually more of a burgundy color.
    These were cleared out of a factory that closed in the mid 1960's. They are used and I will pull out any bad ones.
    Yours will be picked from a large lot.
    These items are excellent when used in crafting or for seasonal groupings with flowers, fruit or ornaments. They work nicely as stand-alone décor as well. Cluster them in baskets, crates or crocks and you have an automatic statement piece!
