This is a collector plate from McDonalds - Many, many years ago!  "Ronald McDonald was watering May flowers...But Mayor McCheese gets some cold April showers!"
It has some bubbling and peeling; which I hope shows up in the picture.  Otherwise in good shape and a great addition for the collector!!
