Vintage 1940s 50s Mens Formal Trousers Tuxedo Pants Black Wool

Black wool formal wear trousers from the 1940s or 50s by Louis Blasht & Co
These pants got with a tailcoat that I have listed here:

The pieces have a matching numerical ID code on the inside.
These pants are unlined with a button fly.
They have side and back pockets.
Belt loops and interior button at the waist which I believe will accomodate suspenders
Flat measurements:
waist: 18.5"
hip: 23"
rise: 11.5"
inseam:28 3/8"  (the pants have a hem that could be let down about 1.25")
