    Description

    Up for your consideration is a RARE- Vintage Mid-Century Asheville, North Carolina Pottery Souvenir Sponged Spoon Rest with Old North State Star in the center. Has "Ashville, N.C. Land of the SKY" at bottom of star. On reverse it still retains the original paper label from the manufacturer, "Handcrafted Ceramics, J.W. Hall, 29 Normandy Road, Asheville, N.C." Also has a pencil inscribed name of "Lela Mae Taylor -1951". Measures 5 1/2" in length, 3 1/2" wide. There is crazing to the glaze otherwise no damage or repairs. Please review all pictures. From a smoke free environment. I have never seen on of these or let alone one for sale. I accept paypal or inquire. No echecks.
