  • Condition: In excellent vintage condition. Just picked it up from the dry cleaners. Survived beautifully. There is a bit of staining on the inside of the waistband. Other than that, I see no issues. For a fifty plus year old suit, it is in amazing condition. See images to assess.

    Description

    Vintage (dated 1967) Black Pinstripe Suit by Donaldson, Williams & G. Ward,  Saville Row Tailors.  This suit is from the estate of Kenneth Jay Lane,  Famed New York Jewelry Designer.  The quality of this suit is amazing.  Probably bespoke, definitely made to measure.  Mr. Lane rolled with some fancy friends back in the 60's.  I had it dry cleaned.  The only issue I see is some staining on the inside of the waistband.  See photos and condition description to assess.  Jacket measurements:  Shoulder seam to shoulder seam 16.5",  Armpit to armpit is 19",  Sleeve length from shoulder seam is 26",  Length down back is 30".  Pants waist is 30",  inseam is 33",  from waist to hem is 42".  Seems like a "slim fit" cut.  Shipping weight is 4lbs 14oz.       F530
