  • Condition: jacket has no loose seams all original buttons are intact, but it does have some moth holes, The bottom right front has holes, left sleeve has 2 on top & 3 on lower part ( see pictures 6-8). The lining has no holes or loose seams. Pants are a little worse with holes in front, back & left cuff (see pictures 9-11. No loose seams & zipper zips smooth

    Vintage 1950's PENNEY'S brown flecked wool gabardine suit (jacket & pants)
    jacket is 3 button front with buttons on cuffs & satin material lining
    pants  are cuffed, Talon zipper fly, slide hook waist, pleated front
    Jacket estimated size 40 or 42 with measurements pit to pit = approximately 22 inches, shoulder seam to shoulder seam across the back = 18 inches, shoulder seam to sleeve cuff  25 inches, base of collar down back to bottom = 31 inches.
    Pants estimated size 38 waist 31 inseam with measurements 19 inches across top of waist, 31 inches to crotch to cuff
