Vintage Ceramic North Carolina NC The Tar Heel State Ashtray, Made in Japan. Very nice vintage condition piece with great graphics that are still vibrant and colorful. Ashtray has a tiny blemish that i tried to capture in the last picture. not sure if it was slightly mishandled or made like this but you can’t see it unless you get it in the right lighting.
