Vintage Doll Dress Pattern 3/0 Germany AM 5" Doll

Vintage doll dress pattern for 3/0 AM Germany doll, pattern says 4 3/4", but probably 5" also.  Please see pictures for condition.  I have a very large amount of doll clothing patterns to list this will take me a while so please check back often if you are interested in doll clothing patterns as I may have it up later.  I'm just pulling envelopes out of the box at random and listing whatever I come up with.
