With free first class shipping in the US...I have a different and vintage version of a collector spoon from North Carolina.
The enamel crest at the top is really cool as it has a women surfing.  You won't be able to see too good, but stamped into the spoon part are the state's features, like tobacco, Raleigh, and Fort Bragg.  Comes in original older packaging.  Packaging is aged and worn but the spoon itself is really nice and shiny.
