    Description

This is a PHOTOCOPY of a Vintage 1950s pattern to make doll clothes for your Mary Hoyer Doll. In addition, this pattern also fits a large variety of other vintage fashion dolls which have measurements that are similar to: 18" tall, 8-7/8" chest, 7-1/8" waist, and 9" hips. The Mary Hoyer doll measurements are very, very similar to those of other 18" dolls such as: Toni, Miss Revlon, Sweet Sue, Winnie, Nanette, and Maggie.
This pattern makes the most gorgeous dress I have ever seen with matching parasol cover!!! It also makes a second dress; Nightgown & Peignoir; Long Petticoat, Short Petticoat & Panties; and a Knitted Cape, Headband & Muff. I include a color printout of the front cover, a black and white copy of the instructions, back cover and the complete pattern. Please email me with any questions that you have.
I have hundreds more doll patterns available, including more clothes for Mary Hoyer or other High Heeled Fashion Dolls. Click here to see all my Doll Clothing Patterns
The Mary Hoyer Doll company started making her namesake dolls first in the 1930s out of composition, then in the 1940s & 50s out of hard plastic. These dolls were made in one size. Due to her popularity, patterns were made so that mothers and their daughters could make additional outfits for these darling dolls. The Mary Hoyer doll was made as a 14" doll. I have a large assortment of patterns available for these dolls.
This pattern was originally created May 2, 1954. The copyright for this pattern has expired and it entered the public domain Jan 1, 1983.
