    Description

    This auction is for a great vintage 1950's era fleck pattern wool suit by Towne House Clothes. Jacket and matching pants. Fantastic colorful flecks in the twee-like wool material, nice drop loops, old zipper etc. Very nice details! The suit has lots of small nips/holes throughout though, please keep that in mind while bidding. Quite a few to the front of jacket, a few in back and on sleeves, a few on front of pants etc. Some larger than others. The nature of the material makes it so they aren't the most noticeable, one hole on rear end of pants was even patched up using extra material in the back (you can no longer let out waist because of this). You could do the same if you so wished. Really a beautiful suit, could be brought back to its glory or worn as is if you don't mind the holes. No tag sizes. Jacket is around a 44, but go by following: Measures 22.5" pit to pit, 24.75" sleeves, 30.5" neck seam to bottom, and 19" shoulder to shoulder. Pants measure 35" Waist and 29" inseam. Front rise is 13.75". Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
