    Description

This is a PHOTOCOPY of a Vintage 1950s pattern to make doll clothes for your 16" tall Toni Doll and other similar high heeled fashion dolls such as: Miss Revlon, Sweet Sue, Cissy, Maggie, and Nanette. This pattern will fit other dolls that have measurements similar to: 8-1/4" chest, 7-3/8" waist, and 8-5/8" hips. I have this pattern available in a variety of sizes, so be sure you are buying the right one. This pattern is for the 15/16" tall doll.
This pattern makes three costumes: Western Outfit; Majorette Outfit; and Pioneer Girl Outfit. Plus it also makes the Slip with ruffled bottom edge and panties. The Western Outfit includes the Blouse, Skirt, Bolero, Hat and Boots. The Majorette Outfit includes the Dress, Panties, Hat, Boots and Baton. The Pioneer Outfit includes the Dress with gathered skirt, ruffle and puffled sleeves, plus the Hat. I include a color printout of the front cover, a black and white copy of the instructions, back cover and the complete pattern. Please email me with any questions that you have.

The Toni Doll was made from 1949-1953 by the Ideal Toy Company. She was followed from 1954-1956 by the Toni Walker Doll. Toni was a hugely popular doll. Due to her popularity, several of the leading pattern manufacturing companies made doll clothing patterns to fit her. So, mothers and their daughters could make additional outfits for these darling dolls. The Toni doll was made in four sizes: 14", 16", 18/19" and 21" and I have a large assortment of patterns available in each of these sizes.
This pattern was originally created June 16, 1950. The copyright for this pattern has expired and it entered the public domain Jan 1, 1979.
