You are looking at a vintage 1995 McDonald's Christmas Plate. This plate says Season's Greetings and features Ronald McDonald, the Hamburglar, and other characters. This plate is used and does show a bit of wear from heat but it is hard to see, please look at the close up photograph so you can see this.
